Manitoba Medical Service Foundation Allen Rouse Basic Science Career Development Award
Dr. Pingzhao Hu was named as one of the two recipients of the 2020 Manitoba Medical Service Foundation Allen Rouse Basic Science Career Development Award. It is awarded to only one or two of the most promising health researchers in basic
science in Manitoba every three years.
The Interstellar Initiative Award
Dr. Hu was selected by the New York Academy of Sciences and Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development to attend the 2018 Interstellar Initiative. The award recognizes “the world's most promising Early Career Investigators in the fields of cancer, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence”.
